1. Who we are

FlyGidi 3D is provided by Venix Partners Limited ("Venix", "we", "us"). We are responsible for your personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. This policy explains what we collect when you play FlyGidi 3D, why, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

Account: your email address and the one time codes used to sign you in.
Payments: from Paystack, a payment token for your card, the card brand, the last four digits, the expiry month and year, and the result of each charge. We never receive or store your full card number or security code.
Billing records: when your free day started, each charge, renewal and refund, and whether auto renew is on.
Game data: routes, vehicles, colours, scores, times, missions and other results, and the driver name you choose.
Multiplayer: while you are in a room, your driver name, vehicle and position on the route are shared with the other players in it. The game also counts how many players are online, without your name.
Voice chat: if you turn on your microphone in a room, your voice goes directly to the other players in that room. We do not record or store voice chat.
Device: basic information such as browser type, screen size and graphics settings, and settings saved on your device (sound, route, vehicle, best times).
Support: anything you send us when you contact us.

3. How we use it

To create your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
To give you your free day, charge ₦100 a day while auto renew is on, and keep billing records.
To run multiplayer races, voice chat, challenges and leaderboards.
To prevent cheating, fraud and misuse, including giving only one free day per person and per card.
To send service messages, such as sign in codes and important changes to price or terms.
To answer your questions and improve the game.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory duties.

We do not use your data for advertising profiles and we do not sell it.

4. Our legal basis

We use your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to meet legal duties, for our legitimate interest in keeping the game fair and secure, and with your consent where the law requires it, such as for automatic card charges and the microphone.

5. Who we share it with

Paystack, to process card payments, renewals and refunds.
Supabase, which hosts our accounts, billing records and multiplayer service.
Vercel, which hosts the game and our server code.
Microsoft Azure, which generates the conductor's voice lines. Only the fixed game lines are sent, never your personal data.
Other players, who see your driver name and results in rooms and on shared result cards you choose to post.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. Transfers outside Nigeria

Some of our providers store or process data outside Nigeria, for example in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States. Where this happens we rely on the safeguards allowed under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, such as adequate protection in the receiving country or contractual protections with the provider.

7. How long we keep it

Account and game data: while your account is open, and up to 12 months after it is closed, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Payment and billing records: for as long as tax and financial laws require, usually six years.
Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and limited staff access. Card payments are handled on Paystack's secure systems.

9. Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent to automatic charges is done by turning off auto renew in Account. To use these rights, email us at the address below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

10. Age limit

FlyGidi 3D accounts are only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will show the date of the latest version at the top and tell you in the game or by email about important changes.
