1. About FlyGidi 3D

FlyGidi 3D is a browser racing game set in Lagos, provided by Venix Partners Limited ("Venix", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria. It is separate from FlyGidi Games on shortcode 7996, which has its own terms, accounts and leaderboards. By creating an account or playing FlyGidi 3D, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and pay for access. By signing up you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the card you add is yours or that you are allowed to use it.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one time code we send to it. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account is for one person. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

4. Free day

• Each new player can have one free day (24 hours) of full access. A free day is given once per person, per account and per card.
• To start your free day you must add a debit or credit card through Paystack. To check the card, Paystack takes ₦50, which we give back straight away. Your bank may take a few days to show the money returned.
• You will not be charged for the free day itself.

5. Price and automatic renewal

• Access costs ₦100 a day (24 hours).
• When your free day ends, and every day after that, ₦100 is charged to your saved card automatically through a Paystack subscription and a new day begins. This continues until you turn auto renew off.
• Charges continue whether or not you play on a given day, for as long as auto renew is on.
• If a daily charge fails, your access pauses until a charge succeeds. Paystack may try the charge again, and may end the subscription after repeated failures.
• Prices include any charges from us. Your bank may apply its own fees. We will tell you before any change to the price, and the new price only applies to periods that start after the change.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card details are entered on Paystack's secure page and are never seen or stored in full by us.

6. Turning off auto renew

You can turn off auto renew at any time in Account on the game menu. No further charges are made after that, and you keep playing until the end of the day you have already paid for. You can turn it back on later.

7. No refunds

All payments are final. Once a day has started, the ₦100 paid for it is not refunded, in full or in part, including for time you did not play, for turning off auto renew during a day, or for closing your account. The only exceptions are the ₦50 card check described in section 4, a charge made in error by us, or where Nigerian law gives you a right to a refund. If you think you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days using the details below.

8. Fly Points, leaderboards and missions: no prizes

• FlyGidi 3D is a game of skill played for entertainment. Paying gives you access to play; it does not buy a chance to win anything.
• Fly Points, mission results, times, ranks and leaderboard places measure how well you drive. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, redeemed, exchanged, transferred or cashed out for money, airtime, data, vouchers, goods, services or any other reward.
• FlyGidi 3D offers no cash prizes, winnings, draws, raffles, lotteries, bets, stakes or payouts of any kind, and nothing in the game should be understood as gambling.
• Leaderboards and challenges with friends are for fun and recognition only.

9. Playing fairly and behaving well

• Do not cheat, change the game's code or data, use bots or automated tools, exploit bugs, or share your account.
• Choose a driver name that is not offensive, does not pretend to be someone else and does not contain personal details.
• In multiplayer rooms and voice chat, do not harass, threaten, insult or abuse other players, and do not share content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or violent. Any player can mute you.
• We may remove scores, reset leaderboard entries, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Payments for days already started are not refunded in that case.

10. Sharing

When you share a result card or challenge link, you choose what to post and where. Do not post other people's personal details. The FlyGidi name, logo and game artwork belong to Venix; you may share the result cards the game makes for you, for personal and non commercial use.

11. The service

We may add, change or remove routes, vehicles, missions and features. We aim to keep FlyGidi 3D running at all times, but it may be unavailable because of maintenance, network or device problems, or events outside our control. The game needs a reasonably modern browser and a data connection, and your network provider may charge for the data used.

12. Liability

FlyGidi 3D is provided for entertainment, as it is. To the extent the law allows, Venix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by your device, your network or events outside our control. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Turn off auto renew first, or we will do it when we close the account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change affects price or renewal, we will tell you in the game or by email before it takes effect, and you can turn off auto renew before then.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
